This necklace has the option of a recycled sterling silver chain (sourced from G-silver) or a stainless steel chain (recycled content unknown). Bead options are either sourced from Intrinsic Trading (which claims to use sustainable development, responsible manufacturing, and fair trade practices) or vintage sources.

Processing: Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days.
U.S. Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.
International Delivery: 2–4 weeks (customs may add extra time).
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
International Fees: Buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges follow the same rules — shipping for exchanges is the buyer’s responsibility unless defective.
Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, earrings (for piercings) and customized/engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us right away with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
