Exchanges follow the same rules — shipping for exchanges is the buyer’s responsibility unless defective.
Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, earrings (for piercings) and customized/engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us right away with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
