At Bede, every piece of jewelry is carefully designed and handmade. We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely while allowing time for quality and care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping. During busy periods (such as holidays or shop updates), processing may take longer. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates, Options & Security

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. We currently ship within the United States and internationally via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Signature Confirmation: For orders over $250 USD, we reserve the right to require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. This is done to ensure safe receipt and protect your purchase against theft or loss.

Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

International orders: 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Please note: These are estimates and are not guarantees. Shipping times may vary due to postal delays or customs inspections.

International Orders (Duties, Taxes, and Refusal)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We cannot control or predict these fees.

Refused Delivery Policy: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay the required duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred from the customer’s refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the custody of the shipping carrier.

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with family members, neighbors, and your local post office or building management before contacting us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment (U.S.) or 8 weeks (International), please contact us at contact@bede.club for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee to send the package out again.

Local Delivery or Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
