Welcome to Bede (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website (bede.club) and/or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content (including product images and descriptions) without our prior written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and functional, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.

2. Product Information

All products are designed by Diva Dompé and handmade by Diva or their team. We try to display colors and materials as accurately as possible, but the appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of each piece. Each product page will indicate the materials used, and any special care instructions.

3. Orders, Shipping & Payment

Orders are processed through Squarespace Payments (accepting Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Square, and PayPal). Payment information is handled securely by the payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

We typically ship orders within 3–5 business days after purchase. You will receive tracking information when your package ships.

We ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees. By purchasing from us, the international buyer acknowledges they are the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of their destination country.

Once an order is placed, you may not cancel it if it has already been processed for shipping.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in unworn and saleable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us at contact@bede.club to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Bede (Diva Dompé) and is protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark law.

Specifically, the name Bede and any associated logos are our trademarks. The unique construction and functionality of the Fidget Jewelry designs are protected intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content or product design without our explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Bede disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6.b Limitation of Liability

Bede is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by shipping delays, lost packages, or misuse of jewelry. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

7.b Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (CRITICAL)

You and Bede agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the products, will be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

You and Bede agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the updated date shown at the top. By continuing to use the site after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
