Return & Exchange Policy

At Bede, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Hygiene Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, earrings (or any jewelry designed for piercings) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Items that have been personalized, engraved, or otherwise customized are also not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@bede.club with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. For damaged/defective items: Please attach clear photo evidence of the damage/defect when you contact us.

  3. We will review your request and provide specific instructions, including the return shipping address.

  4. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs & Risk

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (including original shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • Processing Time: Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at contact@bede.club to confirm the availability of the desired product or variant.

  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges (both the return and the new outbound shipment) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@bede.club with photo proof. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Additional Notes

Because our jewelry is handmade, slight variations in size, color, or shape may occur and are not considered defects.
